WMS consultant - BY/JDA

Support the Blue Yonder/ JDA implementation of IT solutions by gathering business requirements, configuring systems, testing applications, supporting UAT, training users, managing project risks, and ensuring successful go-live and operational transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support TAT, SIT, and UAT testing activities.
• Analyze business processes and define system requirements.
• Prepare business specifications and system configurations.
• Manage data collection, validation, and setup.
• Execute system, integration, volume, and user acceptance testing.
• Support project implementations and go-live activities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
• Provide user training and operational support.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Document issues, defects, and project updates.

Experience & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years operational experience

3 to 5 years Key/Super user on BY WMS

Multi project experience in leading testing activity for WMS deployments

• 0-3 years of IT experience.
• ACT Workshop (mandatory).
