UKG Solution Architect
We are seeking a strategic and technically adept UKG Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, unionised, multi-business environments and can translate workforce challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM solutions across time tracking, scheduling, and absence management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to define business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Facilitate workshops, create functional and technical documentation, and mentor junior consultants.
- Ensure seamless integration with payroll, HRIS, and middleware platforms.
- Drive user experience enhancements and reporting strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimisation and compliance.
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in UKG Dimensions or UKG Pro WFM implementations.
- Strong understanding of time & attendance, accruals, and scheduling modules.
- Experience in unionised or multi-entity environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and produce high-quality technical documentation.
🌟 Preferred
- UKG Dimensions Certified Professional
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or middleware platforms like TIBCO BW.
- Familiarity with UK labour laws and compliance frameworks.
