- Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office)
- Knowledge of Wholesale Lending
- Strong operational experience of ABCS and Loan IQ platforms
- Knowledge of migration processes, project methodologies
- Very strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Leadership skills (to run migrations – both planning and actual migrations. There is no people management involved).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to an evolving project environment
- Will need to support occasional (monthly) migration weekends
