Solutions Architect - Technology Transformation

UKG Solution Architect We are seeking a strategic and technically adept UKG Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. Lead architecture and implementation of UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM solutions across time tracking, scheduling, and absence management. \\n Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to define business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

\\n Ensure seamless integration with payroll, HRIS, and middleware platforms. \\n Drive user experience enhancements and reporting strategies. \\n Proven experience as a Solution Architect in UKG Dimensions or UKG Pro WFM implementations.

\\n Ability to lead workshops and produce high-quality technical documentation. \\n\\n Experience with SAP SuccessFactors , Workday , or middleware platforms like TIBCO BW .
