We have 2 positions: one at SailPoint IDN Architect Level and another as SailPoint IDN SME L2.

Location: London, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh. This is Hybrid - 3 days onsite in a week.

Job Type: Fixed term contract.

SailPoint IDN Architect Profile Summary:

  • Leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical architectures for implementing SailPoint IDN / ISC solution.
  • Generating client delivery documentation such as technical requirement specification, use cases, architecture diagrams, brain maps, technical strategy presentations, high level design and low level design.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions.
  • Conducts in depth technical IAM research, assessments and performance analysis to support and design technical IAM strategies for “Do Now”, “Do Next”, and “Do Later” client objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong technical, problem troubleshooting skills.

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in implementation and/or support of Governance tools inclusive of SailPoint IIQ/ SailPoint IDN/ Omada/ Saviynt.
  • Experience in building Identity and Access Management Architecture (logical, physical, etc.) using multi-vendor tools that are deployed globally for large customers.
  • Experience in assessing the existing environment, understanding the gaps, developing IAM strategies and roadmap for complex environments.
  • Implementation and design experience for complex IAM solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with aptitude for delivering high quality documentation.
  • Should have architected and implemented high volume identity management systems with complex business processes covering use cases like user lifecycle management, strong authentication, risk-based authentication, identity and access governance, federation, etc.

SailPoint IDN SME Profile Summary:

  • Implemented SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
  • Strong background in coding and development using Java.
  • Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills.
  • Be a strong team player.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience in implementation and support of SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Experience in development of workflows, forms and other components.
  • Experience in adapter development and resource configuration is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with application integration.
  • Good exposure to REST APIs.
  • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) or developing J2EE products.
  • Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.
  • Experience on implementation of Compliance & Life Cycle Management.
  • Should have a good idea of issues that come up in identity management implementations and the solution approaches to address them.
  • Should have good knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML.
  • Strong Java debugging skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
  • Customer facing exposure is a must.

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of strong SailPoint Identity IQ/ IDN implementation and support experience.
  • Strong oral, written communications skills.
  • Customer facing exposure is a must.
  • CISSP certification is a bonus.
