Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering for the London Stock Exchange’s platform Real-Time Distribution System & Real-Time Managed Distribution System.
- Transformation of the platform to a hybrid cloud model.
- Configuring & tuning market data infrastructure products in a Unix/Linux environment.
- Providing standards for our global MDT (Market Data Technology) teams.
- Third level support for market data applications.
- Development of test tools & scripts.
- Strong LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group/Refinitiv) TREP (Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform)/RTDS (Real Time Distribution System) engineer - building, configuring and fault-finding global platforms.
- Working directly with market data vendors eg LSEG, Bloomberg, ICE.
- Good understanding of networking and firewalls.
- Good understanding of market data.
