Role - Senior Project Manager – oracle xstore pos

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Agile to lead a large-scale, multi-country transformation program with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder alignment, and structured delivery oversight.
This is a program-level governance role, not a traditional project management position, requiring high ownership across visibility, orchestration, and execution control.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Leadership
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks (reporting, risk, compliance)
- Drive accountability, transparency, and structured decision-making
- Define and enforce RACI across project and change streams
- Ensure alignment between business, delivery, and technical teams
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystem (country teams, leadership, vendors)
- Lead communication across diverse, distributed teams
- Drive collaboration and resolve conflicts in multi-vendor environments
- Coordinate closely with all delivery partners
Multi-Country Delivery (UK Focus)
- Lead rollout across UK, Greece, and additional regions
- Adapt delivery to regulatory and cultural needs
- Ensure consistent execution with global standards
- Align with enterprise POS transformation strategy
Delivery Oversight
- Oversee phased rollout from global template to local deployment
- Ensure business continuity during transformation
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery health
- Govern vendor contributions without full ownership dependency
Change Management
- Integrate change management into project lifecycle
- Drive adoption through communication, training, and engagement
- Promote standardized processes with minimal customization
- Identify and manage cross-functional and vendor dependencies
- Manage alignment with Oracle Consulting and other stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in program governance & transformation initiatives with oracle xstore pos
- Proven track record in multi-country rollout environments
- Expertise in Agile delivery and stakeholder orchestration
- Strong focus on standardization, scalability, and adoption
Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
