HCLTech in London seeks a Contact Center Engineer / Senior SME to own high-severity incidents across Genesys Cloud CX and Cisco UCCE, serving as final escalation and leading cross-functional triage. You will guide RCA, drive stability efforts, and mentor Level-2 engineers.
