- Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income Pricing experience, including pricing workflows, methodologies, valuation concepts, and related front-to-back process knowledge
- Technical enough to understand application architecture, system integrations, data flows, and dependencies across pricing platforms and downstream consumers
- Experienced in Agile delivery and Agile project management, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and tracking delivery progress
- Able to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and delivery leads to clarify requirements and drive alignment
- Capable of shaping and managing the backlog to support platform modernisation, workflow improvement, and progressive delivery of business value
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex pricing and workflow needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
