Role Summary:
Own the technical architecture of the SAP ILM landscape, ensuring optimized design, performance, connectivity, integration and data volume management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design technical architecture for ILM Retention Warehouse & data archiving.
- Configure SAP SLT, SAP ILM, SAP IQ database & retention storage.
- Lead connectivity setup between SAP HR, SLT, ILM & SAP IQ.
- Drive technical performance tuning and data volume management.
- Support ILM technical design, migration strategy & cutover readiness.
Must-have vs. nice-to-have
Must have: Worked as SAP ILM Architect in past projects, SAP Archiving, SAP SLT, SAP IQ, Data Volume Management, SAP HR–ILM–SLT Integration, Technical Architecture, Performance Optimization.

Experience range (minimum/maximum): 12-15 years overall, 10-15 years relevant experience.
