SAP ILM Functional Lead

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP ILM & HR Archiving solutions across ECC HR systems. Act as the primary functional authority, driving workshops, requirements, configuration, audit enablement, and program governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP ILM Retention Warehouse, Data Archiving & HR Archiving solutions
• Drive functional workshops, requirement finalization & solution blueprinting
• Configure ILM policies, retention rules, audit areas, audit packages
• Oversee OpenText/LEA connectivity & end-to-end archiving scenarios
• Provide functional leadership across all project phases
• Manage cross-team coordination, governance, risks & stakeholder communication
• Must have : SAP ILM, SAP Archiving, Retention Warehouse, SAP SLT,
• Good to have : SAP HR, Policy Configuration, Audit Processes, Program/Project Management.
• Experience range (minimum/maximum) 15-20 years overall, 10-15 years relevant experience
