- Provide L3 support and technical leadership for Sage Intacct, Sage MAS 200 (Sage 100), and related ERP Finance applications.
- Lead resolution of complex issues related to GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and Consolidation.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes and ensure business continuity.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Manage application upgrades, releases, configurations, security controls, integrations, and environment governance.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Business stakeholders to optimize ERP operations and reporting processes.
- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.
- Provide mentorship to support teams and act as the primary escalation point for critical production issues.
- Strong expertise in Sage Intacct, Sage MAS 200/Sage 100, Financial Accounting, ERP Integrations, SQL, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation Processes.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills with experience supporting enterprise-scale finance platforms.
