Responsibilities
Interface with customers, sales, and delivery leaders to identify and develop business opportunities
Lead the Banking domain solutions in technology consulting and technology development opportunities
Provide thought leadership in the Banking domain and develop position papers / points of view based on market trends
Support the Banking practice by developing domain capability across the value chain and conceptualizing market facing propositions
Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work independently, as well as in an Agile environment
Skills required
About 15+ years of strong experience in the Retail Banking domain
Hands on knowledge and experience in core Banking processing domain, for retail banking customers
Exposure to Banking processing and systems from multiple geographies is highly desirable;
Hands on expertise in at least one domain areas like core Banking, Lending (Secured & Unsecured).
Experience in defining the business problem and architecting business solution in line with appropriate best practice, governance standards and methodologies
A good understanding of technical architecture concepts including micro services, SOA, rules engine, caching technologies, DB/SQL, REST/SOAP services, architecture patterns and UML models
Strong desire and demonstrable track record for continuous self-learning on business domain, new technologies and concepts
Must have exposure to agile ways of working
Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
