Job Description-

• Project Manager with deep expertise in Jira administration, configuration, and governance, capable of designing and optimising Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting structures, and operating models across complex organisations
• Able to rapidly translate business, management, and delivery requirements into scalable Jira solutions that provide clear visibility, governance, prioritisation, and execution tracking
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to tailor Jira implementations to suit different teams and stakeholder needs
• Able to create and maintain meaningful management dashboards, executive reporting views, dependency tracking, milestone monitoring, and portfolio-level visibility across multiple programmes and teams
• Experienced in establishing effective linkages between Epics, Features, Stories, Tasks, Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Milestones, and Business Objectives, ensuring full traceability from strategic goals through to delivery execution
• Comfortable working with engineering, product, business, and leadership stakeholders to define governance processes, backlog structures, planning cadences, and delivery metrics that drive transparency and accountability
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting, including velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput, burn-down, burn-up, cumulative flow, and delivery predictability measures
• Able to quickly implement changes in Jira to support evolving organisational priorities, programme structures, governance requirements, and delivery processes without creating unnecessary complexity
• Experience supporting senior management and executive stakeholders through effective portfolio management, steering committee reporting, programme governance, and cross-team dependency management
• Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments, driving continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, reporting, and programme execution while enabling teams to deliver effectively and efficiently at scale
