Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Patch & Vulnerability Management
- Own the end-to-end patch management lifecycle: identification, testing, scheduling, deployment, and validation.
- Coordinate patch cycles across OS, application, and infrastructure layers (Windows/Linux servers, endpoints, cloud workloads).
- Partner with Security/InfoSec teams to prioritise patches based on CVE severity, risk scoring, and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate emergency/out-of-band patching for critical or zero-day vulnerabilities.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management

- Facilitate change management (CAB) processes for both feature releases and patch deployments.
- Manage vendor and third-party coordination where applicable (SaaS providers, patch tooling vendors).
- Escalate and drive resolution of risks that threaten project or patch timelines.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years managing software development projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing patch management or vulnerability remediation programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with patch management tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Ansible, Tanium, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar).
