- Strong knowledge of Banking/payments background
- Proven experience in service delivery management within the Banking & Payment, overseeing Apps Development and Support
- Expertise in Rally (Agile Central) or JIRA – User story & Task Management, Dashboard etc
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, including different methodologies like Agile/SAFE
- Understanding of Agile Metrics, Lean Principle and System Thinking
- Understanding of REST principles (Statelessness, Client-Server, etc.) using Springboot framework
- Working knowledge of RDBMS ( Postgres / Oracle/DB2/ MySQL) – any one of the skills is required
- Familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
- Working expereince of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
- Ability to manage and deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail technology services.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and resolve service-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate with business, technical teams, and external clients.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of service delivery professionals.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
