Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute conference room projects.
- Coordinate with customers, facilities, IT, and vendors.
- Manage procurement, delivery, installation, and UAT.
- Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and escalations.
- Drive governance meetings and status reporting.
- Ensure smooth transition to support teams.
