Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure continuity of reporting. Design and develop new Power BI reports and interactive dashboards based on stakeholder requirements. Build and optimize data models, measures (DAX), and relationships for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain ETL processes (Power Query / M / SQL) to prepare datasets. Troubleshoot report performance and resolve data quality or visualization issues. Implement version control and documentation for reports, data models and processes. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and present findings. Ensure security and governance of reports (row-level security, workspace access, dataset refresh schedules). Work on DBT and close collaboration with the data engineering team. Provide handover documentation and training to internal team members before contract end.
