We are looking for a hands-on and highly motivated individual to support growing robotics operations in our Kings Cross lab.
In this role, you will work on various operations projects to help scale our workflows, organise our space and lead the end-to-end deployment of new robotic platforms.

- Role Responsibilities
- End-to-End Rollouts: Lead the planning, coordination, and physical execution of bringing new robotic platforms into and out of the facility.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate vendor deliveries, unboxing, and physical setup while ensuring minimal disruption to the existing workspace.
- Cross-Functional
Alignment: Collaborate with engineers to ensure facility floor plans are agreed upon and infrastructure requirements (power, network, space) are met before arrival.
- Requirement Tracking: Ensure all operational and technical requirements for each robotic platform are explicitly documented.
- Space Readiness: Maintain a world-class, organized, and safety-compliant lab space ready for daily engineering and research use.
- Workshop Operations: Work in our workshop, ensure the space is organised, safe and is working to enable our research.
- Strategic Improvements: Identify bottlenecks in deployment or lab workflows and develop strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and uptime.
- Global Alignment: Aligning with our other sites across the US, ensuring no misalignment of the technical data.
This is a full time on-site position.
Experiences
- Operations experience working as a (or with) hardware engineers in a robotics deployment environment.
- Proven experience in a start-up or faced paced R&D environment.
- Program management experience across operations.
- Workshop management & H&S experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite (docs, sheets)
