Note: Candidates must be eligible to work in UK Fluent in English Job Description Onsite support Technician will provide day to day localremote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Onsite support technician provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. Ideal candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in Windows Desktop support and MAC support. Main Responsibilities Onsite Support Engineer providing the support for the following: Endpoint Devices (e.g., Desktops(Windows & Mac OS)/Laptop//Mobile devices)) and associated system software Mobile devices Monitors Printers Knowledge of Active Directory & managing Intune devices Knowledge of Office 365 On-site and field services of all equipment mentioned above when the device is physically located at Customer studio’s locations. Imaging of laptops with the image provided to the Deskside Support technicians. Deployment and configuration of new hire equipment. Uplift and reimage of leaver equipment and update of asset management system/CMDB. Update of asset management system/CMDB according to joiner, mover, and leaver process.
