- 10-15 years' experience in Cloud/DevOps/SRE with hands-on delivery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with Terraform (modules, state management, policy controls)
- CI/CD implementation experience (Cloud Build/Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab) with automated testing and promotion
- Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm (or equivalent deployment tooling)
- MLOps fundamentals and tooling exposure (Vertex AI preferred): model registry, deployment patterns, monitoring/drift concepts
- DataOps/pipeline orchestration experience (Cloud Composer/Airflow) and strong SQL knowledge (BigQuery preferred)
- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash) and solid Linux fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or other regulated environments (controls, audit, SDLC, change management)
- GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
- Experience with platform engineering patterns (golden paths, self-service, reusable modules/templates)
- Experience with data modeling and analytics engineering
