Location: Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester or Bristol

Hybrid mode: 2 days a week (Work from client location)

This will be a fixed term contract - 6 months initially.

Proficient in: DO, AS3, Python and enterprise integrations, Network technologies, IP Routing protocols, and Firewalls.

Knowledge of traditional datacentre hosted architectures, Agile methodologies and tooling such as Jira and CI/CD pipelines.

Seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with exposure to F5 Networking services. The Study Engineer sits at the front end of delivery and is responsible for the technical discovery and design that happens before build and implementation.

  • Completed Study → Delivery handover details (VIPs, SSL, persistence, policies, routing, etc.)
  • Identification of risks, assumptions, and dependencies before build.

Needs strong F5 & networking expertise:

  • Although they may not always build configurations themselves, Study Engineers need deep technical understanding to design effectively.
  • SSL/TLS, traffic management, persistence, health monitoring.
  • Network fundamentals (routing, firewalls, segmentation).
