HCLTECH are looking to hire a Lead Power Apps Consultant.
You we be responsible for driving the functional workstream in Power Apps projects, engaging directly with business stakeholders (in English), gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions on the Power Platform, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport and trust with business users and stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business needs and processes.
- Communicate fluently in English with customer stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Document and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business challenges into clear problem statements and solution requirements.
- Establish complexity levels and create estimates (ROE).
- Solution Design
- Propose and design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Present solution options and recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and review solution design and specification documents.
Project Delivery
- Act as a liaison between the customer and HCLTech development teams.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment across all project layers.
- Support the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of Power Platform solutions.
- Training & Change Management
- Support the creation and delivery of user training and enablement materials.
- Help drive user adoption and change management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) functional consultant.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Power Platform solution implementations.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and deliver internal knowledge sessions.
- Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, including solution demos and proposal creation.
