The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for establishing and operating a structured, process driven service that enables effective research lab operations. The role ensures research concepts transition predictably and efficiently from idea to execution through strong feasibility planning, capacity management, and quality enablement.
Feasibility & Scenario Planning
- Programming and system configuration
- CAD model review (where applicable)
- Maintain a 2–3 weeks forward capacity view for data collection and evaluation
- Identify bottlenecks, over commitments, and risks early
Quality Reporting, Process Improvement & Change Management
- Introduce structured quality reporting and insights

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
