We are seeking an experienced Workday Program Manager to lead large-scale Workday transformation programs and drive strategic HR technology initiatives. This role combines deep Workday expertise with executive-level program leadership to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide solutions. You will be responsible for defining solution architecture, managing complex program delivery, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year Workday programs
  • Manage program governance, risks, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Track progress against KPIs (cost, schedule, scope, and quality)

Solution Architecture & Strategy

  • Lead the design and architecture of Workday solutions across HCM, Finance, and/or Planning modules
  • Define scalable, secure, and integrated Workday architectures aligned to enterprise strategy
  • Drive roadmap planning and transformation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems, with strong Workday expertise
  • Proven experience in solution architecture and program delivery
  • Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or transformations
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success managing complex programs and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
