- Configure and maintain Workday Core HR modules to support accurate, efficient HR operations
- Implement and manage Compensation structures and workflows
- Define and maintain Security roles & permissions within Workday
- Support and optimise Change Job processes, ensuring compliance and smooth execution
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions
- Provide best-practice guidance to enhance system performance and user experience
