We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Agile to lead a large-scale, multi-country transformation program with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder alignment, and structured delivery oversight. This is a program-level governance role, not a traditional project management position, requiring high ownership across visibility, orchestration, and execution control.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance & Leadership
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks (reporting, risk, compliance)

- Define and enforce RACI across project and change streams

- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystem (country teams, leadership, vendors)

- Lead rollout across UK, Greece, and additional regions
