We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant with 12+ years of experience across Data Strategy, Analytics, Visualization, and Data Engineering. The role involves leading enterprise-scale analytics programs, managing Reporting as a Service, driving cloud data migrations, and delivering business-aligned insights using modern analytics platforms. The candidate will play a key role in building Data & Analytics Centers of Excellence, defining data governance frameworks, and enabling digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics Leadership: Lead enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives, managing large-scale visualization requirements for global clients (e.g., Oil & Gas, IT Services). Drive Reporting as a Service engagements, ensuring scalable, reusable, and cost-effective reporting solutions. Establish and scale Data & Analytics Centers of Excellence (CoE), including governance, standards, and best practices.
- Data Engineering & Platform Modernization: Lead BI platform migrations (e.g., Tableau to Power BI, SAP BO to Power BI). Design and implement ETL pipelines and optimized enterprise data models. Manage cloud data modernization programs, including source migrations (e.g., Amazon Redshift to Databricks).
- Visualization & Analytics Solutions: Architect and deliver Power BI–based analytics solutions leveraging reusable semantic models. Enable self-service analytics while maintaining enterprise governance and performance standards.
- Product & IT Service Analytics: Act as Product Manager for cloud-based analytics solutions integrated with ServiceNow. Lead IT analytics and reporting initiatives supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) functions. Drive continuous improvement across Configuration, Knowledge, and Software Asset Management processes.
- Process Excellence & Transformation: Lead business process re-engineering (BPR) and ISO 20000 / ITIL-aligned process transformation programs. Deliver measurable cost savings, efficiency gains, and service quality improvements through analytics-driven insights.
- Stakeholder & Engagement Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and business leaders. Lead cross-functional teams across data, platform, and business functions. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and new analytics pursuits.
