SAP project manager proficient in greenfield and brownfield projects. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain preferred. The candidate must have executed at least 2 end to end SAP Implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure that milestones are met from initiation to completion.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential risks, foreseeing hurdles, and implementing mitigation strategies is a key responsibility. This includes managing both internal and external risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency with clients, upper management, and stakeholders by providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and deviations from the plan.
  • Resource Management: Ensuring the availability of qualified personnel, IT infrastructure, and budgetary resources is critical. SAP Project Managers plan for resource needs and address gaps proactively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including status reports, time and expense tracking, and lessons learned.
