Role Summary
Experienced Sail Point Support & Implementation professional responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Sail Point Identity IQ/Identity Security solutions.
Ensure effective identity governance, access management, provisioning, and compliance across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Sail Point Identity IQ/Identity Now solutions.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- Develop and maintain application integrations and connectors.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Monitor identity governance processes and system performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Support audits, compliance, and access review activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity IQ and/or Identity Now.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with provisioning workflows, role management, and access certifications.
- Understanding of Java, Bean Shell, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in production support and implementation projects.
- Sail Point certification is an added advantage.
