- Multi-System Integration Oversight: Lead programs integrating complex, multi-layered systems including legacy platforms, cloud-native architectures, and emerging technologies—with demonstrated ability to translate technical constraints into executable roadmaps.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on technical program management and delivery experience with demonstrated progression through individual contributor, team lead, and enterprise program management roles.
- 6+ years managing large-scale, complex enterprise programs in regulated industries (Financial Services, FinTech, Banking preferred); comfortable navigating compliance, risk, and audit requirements.
- 5+ years directly managing programs involving system integration, platform modernization, or digital transformation spanning legacy and cloud-native environments.
- Proven success delivering and managing enterprise automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation, business process management systems).
- Deep expertise in Agile at scale (SAFe) with demonstrated capability to design PI planning, manage multiple ARTs, and drive Agile transformation.
- Track record managing geographically distributed teams (50+ members across multiple regions) with strong execution on remote/hybrid team dynamics and asynchronous collaboration.
- Experience owning program budgets of $50M+ with accountability for cost control, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
Technical Depth & Specialized Skills
- Systems Integration & Architecture Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of enterprise application integration (EAI), API-first architectures, cloud platform infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), database management, and system scalability patterns.
