A Dynamics 365 Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering projects involving the implementation, upgrade, customization, or integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
They act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of an upgrade from Dynamics 2011 to Dynamics 365 implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience with Microsoft business applications, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrade projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Oversee testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
