We are looking for a high‑impact Delivery Director to lead enterprise‑scale application delivery and transformation initiatives across complex technology landscapes. As a Delivery Director, you will own and drive end‑to‑end application delivery across support, development, and large‑scale transformation programs—ensuring execution excellence aligned with business strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping technology decisions and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and own end‑to‑end application delivery across AMS, development, and transformation initiatives
- Drive large, complex programs ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with high quality
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders (CXO / CXO‑1), acting as a strategic advisor
- Lead conversations on enterprise technologies (SAP preferred), data platforms, and modern applications
- Build and scale high‑performing global delivery teams
- Drive automation, AI‑led delivery, and continuous process improvements
- Manage customer relationships, escalations, and satisfaction outcomes
- Oversee resource planning, budgets, and delivery governance
- Enable innovation and transformation programs leveraging modern delivery approaches
- 15–20 years of experience in IT delivery / application delivery leadership
- Proven track record in Application Support & Maintenance (AMS), Development and large transformation programs
- Strong experience leading SAP delivery / enterprise applications
