- Dev Ops Engineer
- We are looking for a skilled
Dev Ops Engineer to join a large-scale transformation programme, working directly with client teams and programme stakeholders to support the successful build, deployment, and migration of critical applications.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and assuring Dev Ops pipelines, automation frameworks, and operational tooling that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment.
- Implement Dev Ops best practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Ia C).
- Support application migration and deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
- Work closely with client teams, architects, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Develop and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operational tooling.
- Improve release processes, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and operational resilience.
- Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Dev Ops lifecycle.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in a Dev Ops Engineer role within complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or equivalent tools.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Power Shell, or Bash.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, security, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
