HCLTech is seeking an experienced IT Support Professional in Inverness to provide 2nd line support. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to various end-user devices and maintain high levels of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years' experience, possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, and be able to support video conferencing equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Working on customer tickets
- Providing on-site cover as necessary
