  • Maintain and execute all DR activities in support of in scope products.
  • Partner within Monitoring & Stability, Virtual, Mobility and the other EUC functions to enhance and advocate availability and resilience of End User products.
  • Apply a rigid SRE / DevOps framework to ongoing monitoring and automation of the products under support.
  • Available for an on-call rota to cover incident management out of hours / weekend.
  • Adheres to and promotes the Company values and ethical framework.

Your skills and experience:

  • At least two years’ experience setting up, configuring and implementing Virtualization products.
  • At least two years’ experience managing and maintaining Citrix virtual tools like Citrix Director, Citrix DaaS and Citrix WEM/UPM.
  • Experience with implementing or running synthetic testing in a virtual or desktop environment to eliminate manual or semi-automated health checks and post-change testing will be an advantage.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix clusters (AHV, Prism Central, AOS, Files, etc.).
  • Perform upgrades, health checks, patching, and capacity planning.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with virtualization, network, storage, and security teams on infrastructure projects and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and runbooks for Nutanix systems.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Nutanix platform incidents.
  • Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are in place and tested.
  • Work with vendor support (e.g., Nutanix Global Support Services) for issue resolution and best practice guidance.
