Google Cloud Alliance Manager
Position Overview
The Google Cloud Alliance Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with Google Cloud across the EMEA region. This role drives mutual business growth, amplifies brand loyalty, and ensures alignment of objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and foster robust strategic partnership with Google Cloud partner teams across EMEA, collaborating with Partner Development Manager and Partner Sales Manager teams.
- Align HCLTech objectives with Google Cloud\’s strategic initiatives as defined in Joint Business Plan.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Google Cloud ecosystem, focusing on Gen AI and Agentic.
- Develop detailed understanding of Google Cloud funding programs and apply them to maximize impact and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, pre‑sales, and CoE teams to leverage Google Cloud technologies effectively.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute joint marketing campaigns and co‑branded events, aligning with Google Cloud marketing calendar.
- Lead local and regional events that highlight partnership value to HCLTech, Google Cloud, and clients.
- Monitor and measure success of Joint Business Plan focusing on jointly defined KPIs, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on partnership status and impact.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or related role.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Services and partner programs.
- Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud, and keen interest in AI.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic alliances.
