We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead with strong domain expertise in SAP Finance and a proven track record of leading end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on functional leader capable of driving Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution design, configuration activities, and business transformation initiatives while working closely with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations as the Finance Lead.
- Conduct and facilitate Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops with business stakeholders during the Explore phase.
- Drive solution design discussions using SAP Best Practices and standard S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities.
- Configure SAP Finance modules and provide hands-on support during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Guide customers through business process transformation and adoption of SAP standard processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other business functions.
- Support solution validation, testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to project team members.
- Ensure project deliverables align with SAP Activate methodology and customer requirements.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 12-15 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Finance.
- Hands-on experience as a Finance Lead in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects completed.
- Must have served as the Finance Lead in these implementation projects.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Finance modules.
- Experience conducting customer workshops and driving requirements using SAP Best Practice processes.
- Strong experience with SAP Activate methodology and Explore phase activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification.
- Experience in global or multi-country implementations.
- Knowledge of integration points with Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Project Systems.
- Experience with financial process transformation initiatives.
- Strong business consulting and advisory skills.
- Strong hands-on S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience.
- Ability to lead business workshops and challenge requirements using SAP Best Practices.
- Proven expertise in delivering successful end-to-end S/4HANA Finance transformations.
