We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic services organization. This role is pivotal in shaping enterprise architecture across the services lifecycle—from presales and solutioning to delivery and transformation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud-native platforms, enterprise systems, and GenAI-led innovation, and will provide architectural leadership across complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership
- Contribute to the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
- Collaborate with the Chief Architect and other senior leaders to ensure architectural consistency and governance across programs.
- Promote the adoption of modern, scalable, and secure cloud-native and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Presales & Solutioning Support
- Partner with presales and sales teams to define solution architectures during RFP and proposal phases.
- Translate client requirements into high-level architecture blueprints and technical value propositions.
- Support client presentations and articulate architectural vision to technical and business stakeholders.
- Delivery Enablement
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, mentoring solution architects and technical leads.
- Innovation & GenAI Integration
- Support the integration of Generative AI technologies into service offerings and client solutions.
- Work with innovation teams to define GenAI use cases, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership in emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in services, consulting, or system integration.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration, data architecture, and security frameworks.
- Exposure to GenAI technologies, LLMs, and AI/ML platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- TOGAF, Zachman, or similar EA certification preferred.
Travel Requirement:
This role may require travel, both domestic and international, based on client engagements, workshops, and strategic initiatives.
