About Role: Google Cloud Professional Services (PSO) is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect (EA) to lead the strategic technical transformation of the customer account. The successful candidate will act as the technical lead for high-stakes deliveries, including the ANO platform, which enables intent-based closed-loop automation for Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work directly with executive leadership at customer’s end to drive technical strategy, deal scoping, and the implementation of a 'stateful' delivery model that moves beyond manual tuning to true network autonomy.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary architect for the ANO program, overseeing the transition from reactive network operations to a cognitive, self-healing architecture.
- Intent-Based Automation: Lead the design and deployment of intent-driven, closed-loop architectures that translate high-level business goals into automated resource-level adaptations across RAN, Transport, and Core domains.
- Cognitive Service Healing: Orchestrate cross-domain reasoning systems that utilize AI agents and global telemetry to proactively identify and resolve silent network degradation before user impact occurs.
- Digital Twin & Data Strategy: Oversee the implementation of the Network Digital Twin utilizing Spanner Graph and BigQuery (UPM 3.0) for real-time root cause analysis (RCA) and simulation.
- Industry Standards Alignment: Ensure all architectural blueprints align with TM Forum Autonomous Network (AN) frameworks (e.g., TMF921 Intent APIs) and the joint Google implementation guide.
- Knowledge Management: Direct the rollout of the Knowledge Catalog and Dataplex foundation to unify fragmented network telemetry and documentation.
Technical Requirements
- Domain Required Expertise: Search, and AI-powered near real-time network optimization tools.
- Data Architecture: Spanner Graph, BigQuery (UPM 3.0), Dataplex, and automated data ingestion pipelines.
- Networking & Telco: Deep understanding of OSS/BSS, CNF/VNF onboarding, 5G Core, and Autonomous Network Operation (ANO) frameworks.
- Closed-Loop Ops: Intent-driven orchestration, automated RCA, self-healing workflows, and AADE (Awareness, Analysis, Decision, Execution) cycle implementation.
- Security: Authentication, Authorization, and Audit (AAA) controls, Model Armor, and Sovereignty/Data.
