Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design and transformation workstreams for large-scale Core Banking programs.
- Create and maintain Target Product Catalogue and Target Process Catalogue.
- Reimagine legacy banking processes and define target-state business and operational processes.
- Conduct as-is process discovery with operations, business SMEs, and technology teams.
- Develop to-be workflows, business rules, dependencies, and SLAs.
- Build or Update BPMN 2.0 process models using ADONIS.
- Ensure all processes meet German regulatory requirements including BaFin, PSD2, MaRisk, and GDPR.
- Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, and requirement clarification sessions.
- Maintain structured documentation of as-is and to-be processes.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in BFSI/Core Banking domain.
- Deep understanding of core banking products: current accounts, savings, term deposits, call money, mortgages, consumer lending, Lombard loans.
- Experience with Core Banking platforms such as Thought Machine.
- Advanced expertise in BPMN 2.0 modelling using ADONIS.
- Strong understanding of German regulatory frameworks including BaFin, PSD2, GDPR, and MaRisk.
- Hands-on experience analysing legacy system processes and defining target operating models.
- Strong documentation and process design capability.
- Native or C2 German language proficiency (mandatory).
