Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional requirements.
- Solution Design & Optimization: Define scalable CPQ configurations, including product catalog setup, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current sales and quoting processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.
- Configuration & Testing: Support CPQ system configuration, perform unit testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure CPQ solutions align with business goals.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy within the CPQ system and generate reports and dashboards for insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with 2+ years focused on CPQ platforms.
- Skills: Strong functional understanding of CPQ, quoting workflows, and quote-to-order processes.
