Requirements
- Retail and Consumer Packaged Industry (RCPG) experience in Business or Domain consulting / Enterprise or Digital Solutions
- Deep experience in designing & architecting solutions across RCPG domain, applications and technologies
- Expertise in engaging diverse audience from middle to senior management / CXO layer
- Ability to put together value propositions and building business cases
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams
- An B.Tech/MBA/PGDM degree
- Analyse latest trends in IT and then identifying the possible business opportunities in the RCPG vertical
- Working closely with the sales team and support to develop Go-To-Market strategy
- Engage with Product Engineering teams to prepare Industry solutions and demos
- Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, due diligence studies with customers
- Manage relationships with strategic advisors & analysts focusing on the RCPG vertical in terms of solutions and experience
- Build partnerships with strategic advisors & product companies to devise strategy to penetrate new accounts
- Lead RFP/RFIs, financial modelling, solution defense presentations to client’s senior management / CXO layer
- Engage with customers/prospects in understanding their business goals, solution objectives
- Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, analyst briefings
Technical Skills in one or more of the following areas
- Retail and CPG domain expertise in areas of E-Commerce, Stores, OMS, SCM, WMS etc.
- Expertise in any ERP packages (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan/O9/Blue Yonder etc.) in Supply Chain/ Finance/Sales & Marketing etc. will be an advantage
- Expertise in Front End Systems like Salesforce/Commerce Tools/Shopify, expertise in building and evaluating MACH architecture with integration with OMS, DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems etc.
- Expertise in Operating Model transformation with working knowledge of Agile, Kanban, DevOps methodologies
- Expertise in Migration to Cloud (Any Hyperscalar: GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Expertise of AI/ML models especially building RCPG use cases like Promotions, Demand Forecasting etc.
