  • Lead solution architecture for enterprise workflow and automation initiative.
  • 8–12 years of experience in architecture & development.
  • Strong in Camunda BPM, microservices, workflow orchestration, and Java framework.
  • Solid understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, containerization.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, high‑performance automation solutions.
  • Oversee technical design, integration patterns, data flow, and performance tuning.
  • Drive adoption of BPM standards, reusable assets, and automation frameworks.
  • Lead architecture and solution design for Camunda-based BPM/workflow applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, cloud-native microservices.
  • Conduct POCs, evaluate tools, and propose scalable architecture improvements.
  • Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to coding & deployment standards.
