- Lead solution architecture for enterprise workflow and automation initiative
- 8–12 years of experience in architecture & development
- Strong in Camunda BPM, microservices, workflow orchestration, and Java framework
- Solid understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, containerization
- Ability to design scalable, secure, high‑performance automation solution
- Oversee technical design, integration patterns, data flow, and performance tuning
- Drive adoption of BPM standards, reusable assets, and automation framework
- Lead architecture and solution design for Camunda-based BPM/workflow application
- Design process orchestration solutions integrating microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and legacy systems
- Strong expertise in Camunda Platform 8/7, BPMN 2.0, D
- Hands‑on experience with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, cloud-native microservices
- Strategically support cloud migration and modernization programs involving Camunda
- Conduct POCs, evaluate tools, and propose scalable architecture improvements
- Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to coding & deployment standards
