Job Description
Job Summary
The Test Specialist will be responsible for API/Webservices Testing, sdet, and selenium. The role entails ensuring the quality and efficiency of API and web services, as well as designing and implementing automated tests using selenium.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct api testing to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and security of various software applications
- Create and execute automated test scripts using selenium for web application testing
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to enhance testing processes and improve product quality
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
- Identify and report bugs and work with cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in api testing tools such as postman, soap ui, or restassured
- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using selenium webdriver
- Sound knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with programming languages like java, python, or c# for test automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment

- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (preferred)
