We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support manufacturing quality and process improvement initiatives. The role involves developing measurement systems, implementing statistical techniques, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for high-risk products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement measurement systems, including destructive and non-destructive testing methods for manufacturing processes.
- Create and support control plans aligned with product classification, defect risks, and process capabilities during design transfer.
- Implement process monitoring and control strategies based on risk assessment and process performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive continuous improvement and provide day-to-day process support.
- Design and apply standard and customized sampling plans considering product risk, defect frequency, and compliance requirements.
- Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to evaluate the effectiveness of testing and measurement tools.
- Ensure accountability for sampling strategies, including evaluating acceptance criteria and risk impact.
- Apply statistical tools such as SPC, DOE, and reliability methods to improve process efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Good experience in Lean, Six Sigma, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC, DOE, and reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (FDA, European regulations) and GMP requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
