We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECp) Lead to lead and deliver global payroll transformation programs. This role requires strong hands‑on configuration expertise, deep payroll domain knowledge, and the ability to lead client engagements end‑to‑end. You will act as the functional lead and EC Payroll SME, ensuring compliant, scalable, and high‑quality payroll solutions across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECp) implementations
- Own solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of EC Payroll
- Lead payroll design workshops and client requirement discussions
- Configure payroll schemas, wage types, deductions, taxes, and statutory rules
- Ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations
- Manage integrations between EC, EC Payroll, FI/GL, and third‑party payroll vendors
- Support UAT, payroll parallel runs, cutover, and go‑live activities
- Act as the escalation point for payroll issues and change requests
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and offshore teams
- Support pre‑sales activities including solutioning and estimations (if required)
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years of SAP Payroll / SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- 4–6+ years hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECp)
- Multiple end‑to‑end EC Payroll implementations as Lead
- Strong expertise in:
- EC Payroll configuration
- Payroll schemas, wage types, deductions, and taxation
- Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Year‑end processing and statutory compliance
- Experience with EC ↔ Payroll integrations (SAP CPI / Boomi / GL posting)
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Certification (mandatory or strongly preferred)
Nice to Have
- Multi‑country payroll exposure (UK, EU, APAC, US)
- Experience with third‑party payroll vendors (ADP, Alight, etc.)
- SAP Activate methodology experience
- Strong documentation and design skills (PDDs, FSDs)
