The Test Manager will lead the end‑to‑end testing strategy and execution for automation projects involving Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). This role requires strong experience in test leadership, automation frameworks, WMS domain expertise, and collaborating closely with design, configuration, and integration teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall test strategy, planning, and execution for Manhattan Active automation initiatives.
- Oversee test preparation, including defining scope, test scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive automation efforts, ensuring use of best‑practice frameworks and tools suitable for MAWM environments.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—design, configuration, development, and integration—to ensure test coverage across end‑to‑end WMS processes.
- Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression cycles, and performance testing where applicable.
- Identify, analyze, and triage defects, ensuring timely closure with appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, compliance requirements, and project delivery timelines.
- Oversee quality throughout hypercare and go‑live phases, supporting issue resolution and stabilization.
- Mentor and guide test analysts and automation engineers involved in the project.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of overall testing experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in test management roles.
- Prior experience working on Manhattan Active or Manhattan Associates platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading automation projects involving complex supply chain solutions.
- Prior experience in WMS or logistics domain projects is highly desirable.
