Key Responsibilities
- Lead the WMS configuration effort for medium to complex deployments of Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) within Strategic WMS programs.
- Demonstrate strong solution ownership, ensuring stakeholders have confidence in the configuration approach and overall solution quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity technical issues across the WMS configuration landscape.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the configuration team on tasks requiring advanced expertise.
- Translate business process flows and requirements into detailed configuration tasks and implementation steps.
- Deliver extension enhancements to support non-standard business requirements.
- Deliver integration changes, including application-to-application integrations and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrations.
- Ensure alignment of the solution with standard MAWM capabilities and business expectations.
- Support various testing phases, investigate and resolve configuration-related issues, and provide leadership during hypercare and go-live activities.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience as a WMS configuration specialist.
- Strong background working within 3PL environments.
